the best in the world! If you are the 
most convincing, you could win her a

We are having a winter referral contest to give our fantastic patients a chance to win some cool prizes. Write your name on a referral card and give them to your family and friends to win.  How to enter:

You must be a current patient(either undergoing full treatment, phase 1, phase 2, or in observation status) of Stubbs Orthodontics in order to participate.

Post your video to your YOUTUBE and FACEBOOK account and then tag Stubbs Orthodontics. If you haven't "liked" STUBBS ORTHODONTICS on FACEBOOK yet, be sure to do so in order for your entry to count.

Video content must include the following words or activities:

Stubbs Orthodontics

Smile

Braces

Invisalign

Straight teeth

One of Dr. Stubbs adventure sports:

(surfing, kite boarding, kayaking, standup paddle boarding, hand gliding, para gliding, rock climbing, wave skiing, tubing, sand castle building, para motoring, planking, and/or hiking.)

Your video might include...a short skit with you and your friends doing one of the activities listed above, singing, talking, or with background music. Be creative and have fun! Your video should be about 30-45 seconds long.

***No inappropriate language. No references to sex, drugs or alcohol.***

Each entry will be judged on quality, creativity, content, and originality.

If you are not present in the picture with your Stubbs Orthodontics t-shirt on, the picture will not count and you will not get the points.
